Session Times

Booking Options

Swim + sauna: £15 per person. A 45-minute session with shared sauna access and supervised cold water swimming included.

Private swim + sauna: £130 per group. Swimming included and exclusive use of the sauna for up to 10 people. A 45-minute session with swimming included and all sauna spaces reserved for your group.

Sauna Guidance

We recommend around 15 minutes in the sauna at a time, with breaks to cool down. Start with less time if you are new to saunas, stay hydrated and leave sooner if you feel uncomfortable or unwell.

Swimming Information

Swimming is suitable for ages 16+, with a clearly marked swim area, fully qualified lifeguards on duty and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Tow floats are mandatory for all swimmers. Tow floats and buoyancy aids are available free of charge on a first come, first served basis.

During shared lake sessions, you may be swimming alongside paddleboarders and kayakers, so you should be confident in a mixed-use environment.

Water Temperature Notice

For safety, the swim route will remain restricted until the water temperature is consistently above 10°C.

Facilities

Outdoor hot showers and changing areas are available, with tea and coffee on site to enjoy after your session.
