Terms & Conditions -\n\nOur\nacceptance of your party booking will take place when we receive the\nnon-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is required two weeks before the\nparty, along with your food orders. You are welcome to arrive five\nminutes before the start of your party to set up anything extra that you would\nlike. Our parties are one hour & forty-five minutes, the last 10 minutes\nwill be tidy up time to help the children transition between play and leaving.

\n\nYou\nare required to comply, and make sure that guests at the party comply, with the\nfollowing party rules (and the rules of play displayed at or near the soft play\narea or elsewhere at the party venue):\n\nOnly\nfood/drinks supplied by Tiny Tots may be consumed at the Party.

Parents/carers\nof the children attending the party must be present at all times during the\nparty and are solely responsible for their children at all times. Tiny Tots'\nstaff shall not be responsible for supervising the party and will only be\nrequired to provide the food and assist the smooth running of the party.\n\nWe\nreserve the right to remove from the premises anyone who is behaving (or\nthreatening to behave) in an inappropriate manner or who is causing a nuisance\nin the venue or is acting in breach of these rules and/or the rules of play\ndisplayed at or near the soft play area.\n\nWe\nkindly ask that nothing is stuck to our walls.

No\nshoes are to be worn in the play area. Socks must be worn.

Any\ndamage beyond reasonable expectation will be charged for. We want all guests to\nenjoy our beautiful play area, and we understand accidents happen and items\nbreak, we simply ask that our property is respected and looked after.

It is\nyour responsibility and that of your guests to ensure that the door and gate\nare locked at all times to ensure the safety of the children during the party.

There\nwill be a £50 late fee if all guests have not left within reasonable time.

\n\nYou\nwill be given options on the party food choices depending on the package you\nhave chosen. Please inform us in advance of any known food allergies,\nintolerances and/or dietary requirements of any of the people attending the\nparty. Please understand that it is not always possible for us to meet every\nrequirement. Please ask to check ingredients if necessary. All food may\ncontain traces of nuts and other allergens. Further to the introduction of\nNatasha's Law (1/10/21) it is the responsibility of the party parents/host(s)\nto inform their guests of the ingredients and allergen information for anything\nyou supply for your party.

\n\nWe may\nhave to re-schedule the party for another date to deal with emergency\nmaintenance of the soft play area and/or make changes to the services as\nrequested by you. If time allows we will contact you with as much notice as\npossible. You have the right to cancel the party in such circumstances and we\nwill refund sums paid in advance for goods and/or services not provided to you.\nOr you may wish to re-schedule the party.

\n\nIf you\nwish to make a change to the party, please contact us. We will let you know if\nthe change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any\nchanges to the price of the party, the timing or anything else which would be\nnecessary as a result of your requested change. If you are not satisfied with\nyour party and wish to make a complaint, this should be done at the party\nwherever possible, and not after you have left.

\n\nMinor\nchanges to the services.

We may\nchange the goods and/or services relating to the party (a) to reflect changes\nin relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and (b) to implement minor\nadjustments and/or improvements, for example to maintain high levels of health\nand safety at the venue.

\n\nMore\nsignificant changes to the services and these terms.

If we\ndecide to make changes to these terms or the goods and/or services provided in\nrelation to the party, we will notify you and, if you are unhappy with the\nproposed change, you may then cancel the party (provided that you do so within\n5 days of being informed of the change) and receive a full refund before the\nchanges take effect.

Parties\nwishing to bring or use the services of companies supplying characters/mascots\nmust be approved by Tiny Tots Town. A valid public liability insurance\ncertificate will be required at least 7 days prior to your party to allow\nparticipation.
