Introduction\n\nThese Terms & Conditions (\"Terms\") govern\nthe purchase and use of tickets for an event (\"Event\"), organised by Saxbys\nCider (\"Organiser\", \"we\", \"us\", or\n\"our\"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.\n\n2. Ticket Purchase\n\n2.1 All ticket sales are subject to availability.\n\n2.2 Tickets may only be purchased through authorised\nsales channels.\n\n2.3 A booking fee, transaction fee, or other charges\nmay apply and will be displayed before purchase.\n\n2.4 Once a ticket purchase is completed, the purchaser\nis responsible for ensuring that all ticket details are correct.\n\n3. Refunds and Exchanges\n\n3.1 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are\nnon-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in these\nTerms.\n\n3.2 Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred to another\nevent, or converted into credit unless authorised by the Organiser.\n\n3.3 If the Event is cancelled in its entirety and not\nrescheduled, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund of the face value of\nthe ticket only. Booking fees, travel costs, accommodation costs, and other\nconsequential expenses will not be refunded unless required by law.\n\n3.4 If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, partially\ncancelled, or materially altered, the Organiser reserves the right to determine\nthe applicable refund or transfer policy.\n\n4. Admission\n\n4.1 A valid ticket must be presented for entry.\n\n4.2 Tickets may not be duplicated, copied, resold for\ncommercial gain, or transferred in breach of these Terms.\n\n4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse\nadmission or remove any person from the Event without refund for behaviour that\nis unsafe, illegal, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise breaches these Terms.\n\n4.4 Entry may be subject to security checks, including\nbag searches.\n\n5. Age Restrictions\n\n5.1 Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied\nby a parent, guardian, or responsible adult aged 25 years or older.\n\n5.2 Valid identification may be required to verify age.\n\n5.3 Alcohol sales and consumption are subject to\napplicable laws and licensing requirements.\n\n6. Event Changes\n\n6.1 The Event lineup, schedule, attractions,\nfacilities, and venue arrangements are subject to change without notice.\n\n6.2 The Organiser does not guarantee the appearance of\nany specific performer, artist, speaker, or attraction.\n\n6.3 No refunds shall be provided due to changes in\nperformers, schedules, or supporting acts unless required by law.\n\n7. Weather and Outdoor Event Risks\n\n7.1 The Event is an outdoor event and may proceed\nregardless of weather conditions.\n\n7.2 Attendees accept that weather conditions may affect\nthe Event experience.\n\n7.3 Tickets will not be refunded due to adverse weather\nunless the Event is cancelled by the Organiser.\n\n8. Health and Safety\n\n8.1 Attendees must comply with all safety instructions,\nvenue rules, and directions given by Event staff, security personnel, emergency\nservices, and authorised representatives.\n\n8.2 Attendees participate at their own risk and are\nresponsible for their own personal safety and belongings.\n\n8.3 The Organiser reserves the right to prohibit items\ndeemed dangerous, illegal, or unsuitable.\n\n9. Prohibited Items\n\nThe following items are be prohibited, subject to venue\nrules and applicable laws:Weapons\n and dangerous items / Illegal\n substances / Fireworks,\n flares, or explosives / Glass\n containers / Drones / Professional\n recording equipment without accreditation / Any\n item that may cause harm, nuisance, or disruption\n\nThe Organiser reserves the right to confiscate\nprohibited items or deny entry.\n\n10. Photography and Recording\n\n10.1 Attendees may be photographed, filmed, or recorded\nwhile attending the Event.\n\n10.2 By attending, attendees grant the Organiser the\nright to use such recordings for promotional, marketing, commercial, and\narchival purposes without compensation.\n\n10.3 Personal photography for non-commercial use is\ngenerally permitted unless otherwise notified.\n\n11. Liability\n\n11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the\nOrganiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, expense,\ndelay, inconvenience, or other claim arising from attendance at the Event.\n\n11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits\nliability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any\nliability that cannot legally be excluded.\n\n11.3 Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their\npersonal property at all times.\n\n12. Force Majeure\n\nThe Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation,\npostponement, interruption, or alteration of the Event caused by circumstances\nbeyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather,\nnatural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, labour\ndisputes, civil unrest, terrorism, or failures of utilities or transport\ninfrastructure.\n\n13. Data Protection\n\n13.1 Personal information will be collected and\nprocessed in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.\n\n13.2 Information may be used for ticket administration,\ncustomer service, event management, legal compliance, and marketing where\nconsent has been provided.\n\n14. Resale and Transfer\n\n14.1 Unauthorised resale of tickets is prohibited.\n\n14.2 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any\nticket that has been resold in breach of applicable laws or these Terms.\n\n14.3 Any approved ticket transfer process must be\ncompleted through authorised channels.\n\n15. Governing Law\n\nThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in\naccordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.\n\nAny disputes arising from or relating to these Terms\nshall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].\n\n16.
