A Night time Exploration of\nBiofluorescence in Nature!

Come and join Lucy from Wild Roots Foraging for a\nspectacular evening exploring biofluorescence in nature!\n\nWe will begin our evening with a\nwild-spiced, mushroom hot chocolate and a wander around Crow Wood to\nlook at some of the wild edible and medicinal plants and fungi, as the light\nfades.

As darkness begins to fall over\nus, we will begin our UV hunt for biofluorescent fungi, plants, mosses, lichens\nand bugs with our UV torches.\n\n \n\nChildren under 14 go free (all children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).\n\n

IMPORTANT INFORMATION\n\n

Due to the nature of the walk, we\nare only allowing 2 children per adult. Each child will be provided with a\nHi-Vis vest but to be extra safe, we want to ensure all adults are able to\nmonitor their children closely in order to reduce risk, as we will be walking\nin total darkness. Children need to stay close to their adults for this reason\nthroughout the entire walk.\n\n

🍄 Discover how you can make wild\nmedicine, teas, infusions & tinctures.\n\n

🍄 Learn the folklore & history\nof the plants and mushrooms we find.\n\n

🍄 Learn the health benefits and\ncautions.\n\n
