’Tis the season down on the farm… and Christmas magic is returning once again! We are thrilled to announce that Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Berry the Christmas Fairy and Santa’s Elves will be back this year to sprinkle festive cheer on the farm!

🎟️Your booking time is your arrival time at our admissions, please be prompt. This is not the time you will meet Santa, so please plan for about 1 hour for your full Santa's Grotto experience.

If you would like your child to choose a toy from Santa’s workshop, please pay for a child ticket. There are gifts available for ages birth to 12 years old. If an older sibling wishes to attend to join in the fun please purchase an adult ticket for them, please note this will not include a gift from the workshop. If you have a baby with an older sibling and do not wish to choose a gift from Santa's workshop for them, the baby will be free of charge and will not require a ticket.

\nOur Santa's Grotto walk through Experience on the Farm is a fully interactive\nexperience, with live characters, storytelling and hands-on activities along\nthe journey. If you would prefer a simple or quieter one-to-one visit with\nSanta, our Santa's Cosy Cabin Experience may be more suitable, offering a\nrelaxed meet and greet with Santa without the interactive journey. \nYour magical journey begins as you enter Santa's Grotto, where Berry the\nChristmas Fairy and Santa's cheerful Elves will be waiting to welcome you.\nListen to festive stories from the North Pole and discover some of the\nChristmas magic that makes this special time of year so enchanting. They’ll also have festive colouring sheets and paper, giving little ones the chance to write or draw their very own letter to give or post to Santa.

🪄 Collect Your Magical\nChristmas Journey Bookmark

\nYour adventure officially begins here! Berry the Christmas Fairy will give\nevery child their very own 'My Magical Christmas Journey' keepsake\nbookmark. Collect a stamp at each stop along your festive adventure and\nby the end of your journey, you'll have a special Christmas keepsake to\nremember your visit to Santa forever.

✨ When it's your turn, one of Santa's Grotto Team members will call your family forward to begin your magical Christmas adventure.

\nNext, make your way to Eve's Mail Room, where Santa's letters are arriving from\nall around the world. Eve will need your help keeping everything organised\nbefore the big day!

\nContinue through our beautiful Winter Wonderland, where you'll meet Sparkle the\nElf, who can't wait to welcome you on your journey to see Santa.\n\n

🎅 Visit Santa & Receive Your Golden Ticket

\nThe highlight of your visit is a personal meeting with Santa Claus in his\noffice. Every child will have the opportunity to share their Christmas wishes\nbefore Santa presents them with a Golden Ticket to exchange for a gift in his\nworkshop.\n\n

🎁 Santa’s Workshop with Patch

\nTake your Golden Ticket to Patch the Elf in Santa's Workshop, where each child\ncan choose their very own Christmas gift.\n\n

🦌 Craft Magical Reindeer Food with Oatley

\nThe festive fun continues with a chance to create your own Reindeer Food – the\nperfect Christmas Eve treat to sprinkle outside and help guide Santa's reindeer\nto your home.

🌲 Journey Through the Magical Forest

Wander through our enchanted forest filled with twinkling fairy lights. Along the way you’ll be given a pair of special festive glasses that transforms every sparkling light.

Stop by Mrs Claus' craft corner where you can choose a ribbon to tie around your very own jingle bell decoration, the perfect keepsake to hang on your Christmas tree at home.

\nBefore your adventure comes to an end, enter the *North Pole Portal for the\nperfect family photo opportunity to remember your magical day together. *North Pole Portal family photographs are available at an additional cost.

📸 Professional Photo Experience

Capture the magic forever with our professional photo service. Take home your memories in a beautiful photo booklet, or choose from enchanting keepsakes such as tree decorations and snow globe alternatives. A digital version is also available to share with friends and family. Simply take your QR code to our photo collection point, where you can view your picture and select your favourite option. (Extra charges apply.)

Say cheese and capture the memories with our festive photo opportunities at Manor Square.

📍🔥 Toasting Marshmallow Lodge

Why not end your visit by toasting some marshmallows – a perfect winter treat! This activity can be added during the booking process for just £3.50 per person. (£4.00 on the day) This is includes 5 Marshmallows on a skewer to toast on our burners. You can add chocolate biscuits and/or chocolate sauce to s'more it up on the day for a small cost. Please remember to add on each per person who will require a skewer of Marshmallows if you decide you would like to take part in this activity.

📍🎪 The Alpine Marquee

Step inside our cosy Alpine Marquee, the perfect place to warm up and relax during your visit to the farm. With heaters, seating and a welcoming festive atmosphere, it's the ideal spot to enjoy your delicious food and drinks while spending time together as a family.

📍🥪 Blitzen's Toastie Co.

Warm up with a delicious selection of freshly made festive toasties, all freshly prepared to order.

📍☕ Santa's Hot Chocolate Station

Treat yourself to one of Santa's delicious luxury hot chocolates, topped with whipped cream, marshmallows and other festive toppings.

🎁 Farm Shop

Our farm shop will be open, offering Christmas goodies, last-minute gifts, stocking fillers and Christmas Eve box treats. Warm up with a gingerbread coffee or mulled wine.

Christmas at Manor Farm is one of our most popular events and Santa's diary fills up quickly. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.

❄️ Important Information

Your booking time may not be the exact time you will meet Santa, so plan for about 1 hour for your full Santa's Grotto experience.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed into our Grotto Experience.
Our Grotto is under cover in a poly tunnel, please dress in layers, we have no control over the weather and this will help regulated your body temperate should you need to remove your coat, or even pop it back on!
We advise you arrive 5 minutes before your session time.

What you'll need
🧤 Warm Clothing - We recommend you wear layers as our Grotto is under cover in a poly tunnel.
☂️ Waterproofs - It can get very muddy and if it has rained very slippy underfoot. We advise to wear sensible footwear and to bring your wellies and waterproofs.
📋 Other - We are a working farm. Please dress appropriately. The ground can be uneven under foot.
